26 june 2022, 8:00 am: the bells of the church of são pedro de miragaia in porto, portugal make a lovely start to the morning. It is time to open the shutters & windows, and put the bialetti + coffee onto the stove before walking up, down and around the lovely, sunny, breezy hilly neighborhoods of magnificent porto.
