The forest that these birds sang in, is now gone. People decided to blast it away in favor of unappealing buildings. . . And it's almost too heart breaking for me to listen to. I loved that little green spot.

Field recording of crows and finches in my backyard, the ending part of the birdsong of the finch is very typical for flanders, belgium.

Birds recorded from about 0430 in the morning. They include geese and gulls. This was a windy day. Some of the wind noise has been reduced, but it can clearly be heard. A pair of lom usi microphones were placed in a tree and attached to an olympus ls-14. Edited with ardour.
