I washed up some glasses and found them making a loud dripping noise when left on to dry. The water was dripping off the glass onto the corrugated drying side and forming a little wall with each drip, each time there as a drip the wall broke transferred the vibration on to the resonating tumbler.

I let off fireworks inside a silo. Unfortunately the best audio i got was from the gopro inside. Uncorcking a bottle of prosecco wine for celebration. We can hear the corck being uncorcked and when it hits to the ceiling. Then we can hear a voice saying "run!" in spanish, because the liquid inside the bottle is falling down. Then, listening carefully we can hear the liquid going out of the bottle and then some amount of applauses and laugh. In prague march 2015.

As part of a class assignment, we were given the hindi pop track "simply falling," and were asked to slow the track down add heavy reverb to it. The result is this eerie, noisy ambience of screeches, groans, and whispers. I've used this track in a few horror projects.
15 year old dog struggling to breathe. Dog walks through the house making loud gasping and ear-splitting clacking sounds (claws on fake wood flooring) in a house with excruciating acoustics. The bell-like sound is her clumsily banging into a water dish. I love this dog but i've been listening to this every day for 1. 5 years. It's nerve wracking and incredibly annoying to listen to, imo.

Recorded with a measurement microphone k4 by arnold esper on the ground level of the church, 8 meters distance from the source. For measurement and analysis purpose, can be used as convoltion reverb also.

Street noises and atmosphere from a walk up first ave and across 14th street, east village, nyc. Including one very loud siren that goes from left to right. Includes a quick pop-in to the quiet lobby of the post office. I'm pretty happy with the recording overall, but the road noise sometimes sounds a bit muddied.

Damaged smartphone screen protector being broken and crushed in bare hands (should've used gloves. . . ). Recorded with behringer b-1 microphone into focusrite scarlett 2i2 3rd gen. Into audacity on arch linux at 192 khz/24 bit. The recording was not processed or edited in any way to retain maximum flexibility to sound artists who will use this as an element. This can be useful as a sound effect for freezing or burning or deep-frying or even rain (when slowed down). Thanks to extremely wide frequency range the recording can be cleanly slowed down up to 25% speed. There's clean frequency content up to 80 khz in the recording. In a few places the mic gain was too much and a pop is clipped, but could still be useful for sound of braking or snapping something (bone?). No denoising was applied - perform your own if needed, though the sounds are mostly free of background hum (a bit of pc noise can be heard in the first minute before i turned down the gain).
Searched everywhere for this sound and was astonished not to find it. Very basic slap of the bare palm over the opening of an empty glass bottle, while holding the bottle in the other hand. I had a need for some burps in a project, and decided to burp loudly into the mic whenever the urge arose while i was narrating. Beer aided the process quite a bit. These were collected over the course of several stories. I've studiously avoided sniffing my pop-filter, for obvious reasons. Mic is a rode procaster. Not that i think it is necessarily the microphone of choice for belching. Feel free to use the sound for whatever purpose you like.
A recording of my sharpening a machete that we would use to chop drift wood for a beach fire at an island art residency. Between times, you can hear my being offered and resisting advice on how best to sharpen the blade, and my requesting a 'grown up gummie bear'. Also, my then eight-year-old updating me on their search for a pencil sharpener. I used the recording for a sound design commission and as a sort of white noise component of an uplifter for a pop song.
