Recording of knocking on three kinds of glass for effect of tapping on window (recorded as foley for characters tapping on viewer's screen from the inside). First is damped thick glass, second is undamped thick glass, third is double-glazed window pane. Knocks separated to allow reverb and dynamics to damp down between them, background noise lightly cleaned.

This sound is a collection of noises intended to respresent: a blind person's cane, someone trying to crack a safe and a person searching for something - such as in a store room. It was recorded using a shure sm58 and a marantz digital hard drive recorder.

The sound of a hermes baby travel typewriter in action, typing sentences. The paper is initially wound up, then typing begins, then there is the ding at the end of each line. I recorded this with my zoom h2. Held the recorder the wrong way at first so for the first half of the recording you hear more reverb than direct sound, then realised my mistake and turned it the right way. I made some splashes with my hand so that it doesn't sound too monotonous. Some of the sound is water running into the bath, some - into the sink, i'm sure you can hear which is which. Hope you find it useful for whatever purpose you might need it.

Letting water inta an old metal kitchen sink:. - first several times into an empty sink with the drain open - with very audible drops on the metal sink at start and end. - then once filling the sink and draining the filled sink with some gurgling of the drain at the end. A tap turning on and the splattering of water on the ground, before the tap is turned off (sorry for the wind blowing in the mic, it was a windy day and i didn't get to re-do it).
