This sound is entirely made with audacity, i played with the noised and reverberation on several tracks, then i shifted the tracks to create a come and go effect. I also reduced the volume on some parts of the tracks. This sound remind me of a windy weather near the ocean.

Generated 10 minutes of white noise, applied some eq and what i may call stereo expansion, and got this thing that should be good enough to be used as an ambient sound for cold weather or polar wind.
