Scenario: dog is given a treat on a tempered-glass dinner plate, which he licks clean. The giant 1000 liter wine tank at red maple vineyard in the hudson valley - west park, ny. This sounds amazing for "old vocals"a very springy plate tank reverb. Complex and colorful. A cutlery set (knife and fork) in use. That means hitting a plate. Recorded on a directional "shot gun" microphone in a room free of surround noise. Recorded for a assignment in digital media on university west, sweden 2009.

Realised to my dismay that this sound was not available. A card tapping and scraping on a ceramic plate. Designed to imitate the noise of cocaine being cut up. Recorded on a tascam dr-40 in a 4m square kitchen. Tea towel was placed under the plate to cut out an excessive noise from the plate itself. Recorded with a low frequency cut off at 80hz.

It uses a real bell for ringing and of course it can only do pulse dialing. This was recorded with a single røde nt5 microphone via a behringer ddx3216 digital console into ardour. Normalized over all dial pulse samples of this set. Edit feb 2020: i changed the license to cc0 since i myself use cc0 material from freesound these days a lot.
