This is a recording of walking an overgrown trail in coastal north carolina with cicadas and birds in the background. Footsteps in the woods followed by nature sounds by a pond.

This is the sound i used in disquiet junto project 0487: carillon quotidian. It's a squeaky door to a garbage room.

I created this shine sound effect after searching and searching for something like it, but obviously to no avail. So, i recreated it myself. Feel free to use the sound in your videos. This audio contains a guitar performance of lily was here song. It was recorded using a fender player telecaster guitar and yamaha audio gram 6 audio interface as recording set up. Tempo: 108. The setup to record this performance and the other ones in the same dataset (five guitar dataset) is explained here: the setup used a yamaha audio gram 6 audio interface and reaper 10 to record guitar from direct input (di), a huawei p30 lite model mar-lx1a to record guitar from a mobile and a dell inspiron 13 5000 to record guitar from a computer. To record acoustic guitar in di, i used a fishman neo d single coin on larrivée and seymour duncan seth love on the eastman connected to a nap-5 stageman floor acoustic preamp going then to the audio interface. The computer and mobile were positioned approximately 3. 8 cm from the player position (measured from the twelve fret of the guitars). The electric guitars were plugged into a dv mark little jazz guitar amp which has a di output, that was connected to the audio interface. The amp was located at a distance of 114. 5 cm from the mobile and the computer.

I recorded this sound at home, in the belgian country during the end of a storm (but there is no thunder sound). You can hear rain falling and a river flowing nearby. Very relaxing and useful if you need a rainy ambient sound. I recorded this simply with a tascam dr-40 (internal mics) and just edit it properly with audacity.

A quiet day in the city.

Amazon jungle day crickets birds and frogs from boat on river great spread +some occasional boat rocking.

This was recorded at the edge of a field, so it's literally a field recording. It's summer, there has been some rain but now it has stopped and the sun is out. A lark is singing its heart out. There is some wind noise which i've reduced with eq and noise removal using audacity, also some traffic noise from the road some way to my right (hard to get away from traffic noise). Recorded with a zoom h1 using the in-built microphones.

Noise of a solar power dc-ac inverter on a sunny day. A static hum with some kind of a rhythmic modulation. Sometimes other noises like a bird singing outside, however mostly the pure sound of the inverter. Recorded x/y stereo with at4041 mics into a pmd661 recorder. Eqed in fabfilter, there used to be a sine beep at 15. 8khz, inaudible for many people but it would have been even more annoying for those who can still hear it.

Watering flowers with a garden hose (weak flow) during daytime, exterior. Recorded on edirol-44 and rode ntg-2. Postproduction software: adobe audition.

Why are the clouds crying? we shall never know. A short 8-bit music loop made in bosca ceoil.
