If they see an illegally parked car they will activate the siren to let the offender know they are about to tag it. . . It gives the driver the opportunity to move it before getting a ticket.

This sound happened by accident. Guaranteed there's no duplicate sound out there. I tried to separate the rings by a suitable time period to sound realistic, and spaced at the end so it could be looped to ring for as long as you need.

Here is me running across the floor. It is quieter in the beginning of the "run pass" and gets louder then fades again to simulate distance. I did multiple passes so you will probably need to edit it based on what you want to do with it.

I stood under the transmission lines with my olympus ls-7 recorder in nw ohio to get the sound. According to a map i found online, the lines are indeed 765,000 volts phase to phase, four lines bundled for each phase.
