This is my recording of a bicycle bell ringing.

A nasty cheap telephone ring designed using native instruments fm8 virtual synthesizer, a ring modulator, a moog-like filter (either are included in cockos reaper software), and a free lo-fizer vst plugin. My phone ringing, me pressing the talk button, me yelling, me hanging up, and then me yelling again. This was made a long time ago. I think i had just put together some sounds i recorded for no reason in order to get this. Sorry about the poor quality. At the time i didn't have a good microphone.

The sound some typical wind chimes. It was created with some old metal chimes and recorded with an akg c214 running through a focusrite saffire pro 24.

This sound is produced by hiting silver glass with hand.

Bell tower of the basilica of the national shrine of the immaculate conception. Recorded on the catholic university of america campus with a zoom h2 in four channel surround mode. The front mikes faced the basilica. The rear mikes were fairly close to a building and captured an off axis recording of the original peals while the reflection off the building was on axis and is louder than the original peal. The two files can be combined for a surround image.

240v under-dome bell, recorded on reduced voltage to avoid distortion. Used as a part of a prison atmosphere. Recorded with a rhode ntg-2 mic.

Early 1960's stromberg carlson 1543 rotary dial telephone ringing. Four rings with actual telco timing, recorded with zoom h4.

Triangle ringing.

Plucking the rim of an empty wine glass with my finger. Recorded a bunch of samples then isolated the ones i liked into this file. Left a small gap of silence between them for separation later. While all the samples were initially recorded at 16-bit 44100hz, some of the later ones compiled into this wav were accidentally saved at 8-bit and have gathered some noise as a result. All samples recorded using a blue yeti microphone. Used audacity's noise removal filter to to remove background noise. Attribution appreciated but not required.

A metallic ding with a ton of sustain and minimal decay.

This sound is a recording of the bell of a bicing bike. It is a sound object used in the sonic ensemble soundscape. Called percussive due to its impact characteristics. It was recorded using a zoom h4 recording device at roc boronat street in front upf campus, barcelona. Recorded for the sound creation lab project. The recording was edited with a fade in and out effect.
