I used the "the challenge. Wav" base (id: 561988) and made a simple melody with a synth, added effects and some beats. I used some fl studio effects: reverb, echo, distortion, equalization, amplify, low-fi effect, low-pass, drums and synthesizer. Amazing challenge as always, thanks badoink.

Recorded on marantz pmd661 with rode ntg-2. Sound of builders taking down scaffolding in a large echoey space. Sporadic clanging and banging sounds throughout and occasional muffled voices (with cockney accents). Good ambient sound for builders working in a cathedral, empty art gallery or some other large, open space.

Semi-auto rifle simulation, created using zoom h1. Artificial gun shots to simulate a semi-auto weapon in battle. Mic capsules were tapped with a popsicle stick to create this sound. Recorded at 24 bit 96khz, exported to 16 bit wav. Added pop compression filter for a theater like experience in post. Feel free to use this were ever you need it. A little credit wouldn't hurt. Recorded on a canon d550 camera. I live near a water tower built into a hill and firework displays cause a strange echo as the shock wave passes through. Listen to the first burst of bangs and there is a faint sound of "gravel falling into water". I suppose the frequency of the explosion is reverberating in the air gap in the water tower. There is a second burst of fireworks which are far away. Traffic from the a3 road is audible.

A short collision sound of something crashing or some kind of mechanical object being hit and smashed. Calf reverb used in audacity. This is a cc0 sound, based on (at time of download) cc0 parrot ar drone 2. 0 take off, flight and landing. This is a flac file. It is lossless like wav but compressed like ogg/mp3. Use audacity or fre:ac to convert quickly to mp3/wav/ogg.

Changing the pitch, warping the sample, stretching it, complexing it. Setting the shaper to receive only audio, creating a popping effects, great for sound design if you wanna process it more, cut it down. Or even use it as a percussion in a loop. . Up to you.

Piano lid gently taps as it is opened and rests against the upper front board. Organic reverberations can also faintly be heard from the detuned strings. Possibly could be used for something interesting, it has a wooden bass drum sound. 100+ year old upright piano, microphone placed directly inside. (sample 1 of 4).

My first little attempt at making some film-like sound effects. Alot of bass in this one, tried to cut it below 30-50hz. I just want to point out to the people having a listen, that the sample that streams on the website has a small static-like noise in it. . The download version will not have this noise, i believe the compression for streaming degraded the sound a bit.

Something i did for a show called victors crypt. It's basically some strings and sounds in very random order creating a spooky vibe. No melodies or such, just a freaky atmosphere. It might be great for something strange and eerie. Maybe something sci-fi or anything a bit strange. Hope you like it and make a use out of it. Recorded some messages from my phone into audacity and added effects such as phaser and delay. Improvised over top of the messages with distorted tr606 beats.

Created from ableton's stock instrument "light key". Created a midi, freezed and flattened, added automation effects added some lfo, some eq re arranged the echo effect to fit what i thought, and just saved it as this.
