Outdoors wind leaves.

Binaural recording of wind and natural environment, from "dante's view", a scenic lookout on the side of a mountain in griffith park, los angeles. This is a public area and unfortunate human sounds are present.

A fairly decent recording -- in my opinion --- of wind blowing through oak tree branches and rattling dead leaves. Recording made on saturday april 6th, 2013 using my zoom h4n recorder. My microphone, rode nt2, was mounted inside my homemade parabolic reflector. Enjoy.

Another recording of one of my favorite fall soundscapes featuring cottonwood leaves "shimmering", the lonely call of a blue jay and the soft sound of insects singing a little more quiet than they do in the warmer temps of summer. Recorded using my zoom h4-n recorder, and the famous sm57 microphone.

A recording done in late october of several years ago featuring the crisp sound of the leaves of a giant cottonwood tree being brushed by fall breezes. The sound of a lonely blue-jay really adds to this soundscape. Recorder used: handy zoom h4-n with internal microphones.

It's not rain but sounds like rain - fog and damp settling in the trees as a breeze blows. Recorded in the fields above my home in the fog and damp - so sounds amplified and 'hollow'. Recorded using a sennheiser mke300 'shotgun' mic. Cropped in audacity; and saved as aif file. Rustling leaves can also be made out. Feel free to hash it, mash it and trash it. Use it as you wish. No conditions.

Quiet woodland, occasional birdsong, distant roar of high tree branches swaying in the wind (could pass as a distant river too). Recorded on a stereo audio technica bp4025 into a zoom f8 mixer.

Recorded with sennheiser 8020 in a self made jecklin disk setup to sounddevices 477. Movo wst80 windprotection. I erased the few passing cars but otherwise no filtering. There is of course a lot of low energy which could be filtered or used. . .

Northwest wind gusts through a forest of oak and beech and pine trees. Recorded on saturday july 21st, 2018 at 3:30pm in a midwestern forest. Although there are a lot of birds in the forests at this time of year, they were quiet today. A nice, peaceful, soothing snapshot of summer----recorded just 4 weeks after the solstice here in the northern hemishpere. Temp: 84 degrees fhumidity: 51%. Recorder: sound devices 702microphone: sennheiser mkh-416.

A series of wind rivers rushing through the turning oaks and hickories in illinois. Plenty of beautiful, swelling winds. Plus, a lot of dried leaves skitting across an asphalt parking lot. . . Makes a person peaceful at the upcoming autumn and winter season, while, at the sametime, adds a bit of sadness to summer's memories, now gone. Recorded on wednesday october 23rd, 2019. A recording made february 24th, 2019 in a residential section of a small midwestern town. . . The stiff north winds are rattling the remaining dry leaves. . . You will also hear the subtle singing of the birds that always greet you in late winter. . . Birds like house sparrows and starlings. From time to time, you'll hear the tinkly, nice sound of some wind-chimes hanging on the front porch of some house. The skittering of dried and old leaves scooting across the ground also makes an appearance. Enjoy this cold late-winter soundscape!. Recording made around 8 in the morning with the fantastic sony pcm d100, using the internal microphones.

Forest trees leaves nature field-recording wind summer day.

Using my iphone 6, i recorded myself walking through the woods. Steps are fairly quiet at some times and louder at others as i encounter dried leaves.

Zoom h8 field-recorder xyh-6 stereo mike set to 120 degrees.

Walking (hiking boots) on a gravel and ground path. A distant torrent streams in the background, birds chirping, sounds of dry leaves, crunching twigs and gravel under the soles. Perfect for calm/relaxing nature background, 1st party vr experiences (if you do that let me know, i'd like to try it!) etc. Recorded with a zoom h1n held in hand while walking nd pointed towards the feet.

Recording of wind and rain in a storm in south uk, 28th oct 2013. Wind can be heard blowing through nearby woods and leaves rustling. Dripping of rain from the eves of the house. Mostly white noise hissing with volume rising and falling. Recorded using a canon d550 out the window/door. The files were edited to remove wind when it directly blows on the microphone.
