I wanted a slap sound so i recorded this - a chicken fillet being slapped down on a chopping board. There are three variations, recorded with a zoom h6.

Here's one from a series of 'clang' sounds, great for impact moments in trailers & commercials, or to layer up with other sounds. They are somewhat high-pitch, so they might mix well with low frequency drums and impact sounds. Recorded with tascam dr-40 built-in-mics, by hitting a railing with a pipe in a stairwell and adding a little bit more reverb in daw.
