The sales crew are a merry lot, bantering loudly with the tourists of different nations that are absolutely cramming the place. Lots of multinational voices can be heard, men, women and children talking loudly and all at once. Recorded on june 29, 2012 near the exit at webster's department store. This features how the checkout area at websters sounded from june 2012 untill its closing on november 3, 2015. This is part of a pack of 4k sounds recorded over 17 years commemorating my friend's department store which she owned. It showcases how the sounds in the store have changed over the years as the technology of teh store changes. Each recording is done within a week after the cash registers are upgraded. As of the date of this posting, webster's is now closed, and will re-open as a walmart in january of 2016.
