In this patch i use bastl instruments tromsø as comparator, sample and hold and oscillator (3 in 1). The cv is coming from nonlinearcircuits jerk off. The audio out from tromsø goes through nonlinearcircuits timbre!. Some delay from an analog delay pedal and reverb from doepfer spring reverb. One voice exploring a chaotic cv source. I sold one of my tromsøs a while ago. Will i regret that? psssst take a closer look at the wave form! the wave folder is doing its work!.

Simple patch. Two oscillators, ring modulation, lfos, vcas and digital effects. No spring reverb this time. Important module is the clock divider. Result a generative ambient patch and sound. I recorded for 1,5h. The synth gave me some strange slow crescendo. Don't really know why. This is the last 30 min. Space drone sci-fi sound.

I have made a patch that generates drones. Lets call this generative. . . I use feedback on my spring reverb. I only use one filter. The drone is structured by a triangle lfo and 2 comparators. It's tricky to balance the patch to give varying and interesting results. The drone is made with a 100% analog modular synth.

It's a sound that i created with a patch i made in pure-data (my first patch btw). Completely random frequencies in completely random space imaging. Merge with au "fm" sound where the index modulation change randomly, the carrier tone and the modular tone also change randomly. I applied a random delay. . . . So random random!.

Electronic minute no 30 - 8 tones and tempo change. A patch centered around intellijel quadra + expanderim using the quadra modea sloth lfo is affecting the rise on one envelope generatorjoined eoc triggers sequencera slew, filter and some fm-generated vibratoand i patch up a pan fuctionyou know lfo + two vcas + and inverter. . . I want a vc pan moduleits on my lista little spring reverb as always. Evaluation of patch/soundone cycle is - there are many cycles to consideronly short sounds - no, goodamplitude variation - yep goodpitch variation - controlled by sequencertimbre variation - some, via filtermusical value - maybeentertaining - hmm. . . Interesting.

Purpose with patch is to evaluate the quality of the generative sounds/musicit will never repeat it self but there is some cyclic repetitionone cycle is about 50 sec - goodonly short sounds - badamplitude variation - badpitch variation - goodtimbre variation - okaymusical value - low to mediumentertaining - medium.

Don't miss it>>> there is a bonus sound at the end!!!basically the same patch! but on acid :-). Evaluation of patch/soundone cycle is - not that longonly short sounds - yep, good in this caseamplitude variation - well not muchpitch variation - controlled by envelopetimbre variation - nomusical value - maybe, but not the fnatt partentertaining - ambient bleeps ad bloops?.

This is a collection of whooshes that i created using melted sounds' whoosh reaktor patch, loaded with a collection of samples i recorded of a piece of sheet metal being rubbed with my hand. There are 35 different whooshes of fairly similar length in 01, and 29 varied whooshes in 02 which were hand-performed within the patch. Ps. If you like these, there is a second file with a wider variety of whooshes in a similar style here:. Http://www. Freesound. Org/people/framing_noise/sounds/256910/.
