Baked some bread and took it into the bathroom with a bunch of foam pads. Recorded with an iphone 7 and cleaned it up in audition for a class project. I ate the bread after so no waste there. Use for whatever you wantif it's a big movie or something, though, consider popping some credit in because it would be pretty dope to see my name up there for bathroom bread.

Using a finger and a small blackroll tube, i recorded a few plopps with a rode nt-usb mini and the rode podcast recording software. Noise gate and compression were turned on at the time of recordings. For me, it sounds a little bit like a cork popping from a bottle, but it has a richer sound, somewhat overdoing it. . . Good for sfx though.

I recorded my voice while playing freelance horror games; scp-087-b and slender sanatorium. This was so i could get genuine reactions to use as stock voice clips for future use. Some pretty interesting stuff came out. This is when i'm anticipating something popping out at me.

Quadruple finger snaps, recorded with a tlm 102. These are performed by alternately snapping with the ring and middle fingers of each hand. The snap samples are arranged from lowest spacing (all snaps happening at the same time) to highest (larger delay between individual finger snaps).

This is a recording of a vitamin c tablet dissolving in a cup of water. Recorded with an edirol r-o9 and a nice hydrophone. By lifting the hydrophone in and out of the water some very nice filtering effects where created. This sound has many applications for sound design!.

I let off fireworks inside a silo. Unfortunately the best audio i got was from the gopro inside. My boys will often brux for lengths of time, but unfortunately i could only catch this little bit. Also, they do this thing called "boggling," which is when their eyes seem to be popping from their sockets. As strange as it looks, it means they're really happy.

There is a vent in my house that sounds fantastic when it rains. The drops hitting the tin cover sound almost like popping popcorn in this recording, but it's a more friendly sound in person. The rain outside is very much present in the background, but the bouncing raindrops are very easy to hear. Recorded on a windows x8 phone and left as-is. 15 year old dog struggling to breathe. Dog walks through the house making loud gasping and ear-splitting clacking sounds (claws on fake wood flooring) in a house with excruciating acoustics. The bell-like sound is her clumsily banging into a water dish. I love this dog but i've been listening to this every day for 1. 5 years. It's nerve wracking and incredibly annoying to listen to, imo.

A 6-in-1 brass hammer being dismantled and put back together. I am aware that there are a few "pops" in the sound, but i am not completely sure how to remove them, so i left them there in case someone with more experience in audio editing wants them. I had a need for some burps in a project, and decided to burp loudly into the mic whenever the urge arose while i was narrating. Beer aided the process quite a bit. These were collected over the course of several stories. I've studiously avoided sniffing my pop-filter, for obvious reasons. Mic is a rode procaster. Not that i think it is necessarily the microphone of choice for belching. Feel free to use the sound for whatever purpose you like.

As part of a class assignment, we were given the hindi pop track "simply falling," and were asked to slow the track down add heavy reverb to it. The result is this eerie, noisy ambience of screeches, groans, and whispers. I've used this track in a few horror projects.
