Getting older.

I placed the recorder on the ledge of the doorway in my hall, this is me walking back and forth between two rooms. I have a reason for making this recording, these are the parts i would have deleted, so i cut them out and joined them together.

Someone stepping out of a flat / house, grabbing his/her keys and slamming the door as they leave, upset or in a hurry. It's a folley i made for a short scene, it's free for use.

Moving a metal gate bolt back and forth, producing a nice metal screeching sound. Also some cows mooing in the background. :-). Recording date: april 11, 2022, 16:06 ast.

This is audio of me getting out of my car. There's a door-ajar jingle, keys jingling, door opening and closing, and footsteps on pavement, grass, and gravel. There are some faint wildlife sounds in the background.

The first just the sounds of the door, with both the thud of closing the door and some creaks as it opens again, and the second with the addition of a rhythm made with wooden spoons. I visited a hotel that was very quiet, so i decided to record my short elevator ride coming down about five floors.

One of my friends had a door that sounded really nice. They were incredible and sent me a very nice small recording of the door opening and closing to upload here.

I left my phone inside a wooden cupboard and tried to call it back outside by knocking on a glass door. Did it listen? it’s a secret. Recorded with redmi note 5 phone, denoised and filtered bogus sub bass in audacity.

A composite sound effect of a spaceship door opening, created from mixing numerous household sounds.

Recorded inside a closet. Low noise, not much reverb. Sounds almost machine-like with a satisfying thump. Recorded on a phone. I messed around with it to get it to sound nice. In case you do something that mixes the channels: on the opening part i copied a 5khz to 8. 5khz band from the left to the right channel, so that frequency band is mono.

The iron door is rusty, mottled and heavy. There has a bird sound out of the door. Recording by miui hm 1w.

The sound of samus whistling through the air could be used as the sound of a person doing a spin kick or similar.
