I was recording wind that blows in my window, but the zoom h2 placed on a (cheap) mic stand after some time started to bend itself downwards. It hit the curtain/drape in my window and rubbed itself against it until reached the lowest position - the mic stands arm stopped gently as it started. This produced a very interesting sound that i totally didn't expect to find on the recording. Edited with audacity.

It was quite windy and the rain hit the windows really hard. The wind tinkled the lamp. I recorded this sound by positioning a rode nt1 a few decimeters away from the lamp. Recording during a strong autumn storm, with heavy rain, in a large garden, surrounded by big pine trees. The wind was so strong, that i had a fear that one of the branches of the pines could snap and fall on me. The recording is a 32bit float, 48khz ms-stereo one, made with a sennheiser mkh 416, and ambient ate 308 emesser figure of eight, in a røde blimp with fur cover. I was amazed that the blimp did its job this good in this strong wind.
