Doing a test of how this looks on this site. Triangle wave raising octaves in steps. Took 5 tries but got one that im happy with. If you notice at the end the color starts going backward when the frequency gets too high, instead of going towards red. (which is actually the opposite of the wave length ratios in the light spectrum).

Couldnt find a gargling sound that fit a more comedic vibe, so i made one myself. Hope others can find it useful. Used a microphone and water, then spat in a sink.

This is a real heartbeat from a man after a workout holding a stethoscope to his chest.

A cough interrupted my recording session briefly. Here it is. Outdoor ambience. Recorded by accident on a sony pcm-m10.

Brushing teeth, rinsing and swishing, spitting, banging the toothbrush on the sink, and running water.

Several spitting noises recorded with the aim of getting a realistic sound and nothing besides spitting. I actually spit (not dry spitting) into a plastic bag. The impact on the plastic bag can be heard, but it isn't too bad. The first half is p-spitting and the second half is t-spitting (shape mouth is held in). A little bit of horking and squishing as well. Recorded with a shure sm58 in a treated room.
