Inspired by the synth secrets article "synthesizing pan pipes" from sound on sound, i created this. It's completely unrealistic, i know. This is the note a sharp in octave 5. (created with audiosauna. ).
Samples takes from chimes made by cutting a galvanized steel pipe into specific lengths, each hung by a nylon string. Chimes were played by striking with a large steel nail.
Layered sound containing the following elements;. - steel fence resonation (no attack)- spinning steel disk (faded out)- metal pipes resonating (l/r)- board wobble (repeated). -alexander.
This is the second recording of a plastic tube which is meant for a filter system in a pond. Recorded by tapping at one end (i think i used a pen or pencil) & recording at the other.
This is a plastic tube meant for the filter system in a pond. I realised that it made a pretty cool sound when i tapped it at one end & recorded at the other. I have also uploaded another few taps with a harder object.
