This was a recording i have done when heading to an airline that will take me from bodrum to istanbul, turkey. Thought the engine of the bus worthed recording and found a quiet moment to do so. This has been recorded with an iphone 4s and has been edited with goldwave.

This is the ambience i created for my sci-fi sitcom accidentally reckless of a dropship of some kind approaching a battlefield (and certain death). The bare bones was created from a field recording of the x-1 bus going down attercliffe road towards sheffield city centre, during a period in 2017 when they were constantly resurfacing the stretch that goes past the swingers club, resulting in the bone shaking rattling sounds you can hear. I then layered on some laser and rocket noises (already uploaded) and some engine type sound effects and shuttle flypast effects that i don't think i've uploaded yet. I hope it's useful for someone else and no need to credit. Just share the freesound love!.

This is a sound of mine that i made, it's a washing machine on a fast spin, it sounds rather like an old british style diesel train at speed. I used my canon power shot a460 camera video to film the washing machine in action and simply took the sound from the video. This long recording was taken aboard the odoriko super view train from ito city bound for atami. You can hear the conductor's announcements, station arrivals and departures, passenger conversations (in japanese) and, of course, the train itself. The recording is unprocessed and made with a stereo mic pair at a 90 degree incidental angle.

Riding new flyer c40lf bus in brooklyn, ny. Here we hear the engine sound during acceleration braking, as well as pneumatics and doors of a bus - riding through crowded streets of brooklyn, ny. You can also hear passengers' voices, street noises, cars' horns, etc. The bus is powered by natural gas. The sound was recorded in a rear section of a bus.

Semi drives by on the highway. I tried to edit out some of the background noise, but you still hear a flag snapping in the wind a bit. However, if you layer this on top of some ambient highway noise, it shouldn't be noiticeable.

Record of the walk and start of the car. On the recording you can hear footsteps on the rocky ground. Opening the car and then putting the key to the ignition and starting the car. Car sound is audible inside the car and may be hard to hear. I made the recording on the zoom h5 handy recorder. The headphones used are superlux. I used a sandisk 32 gb card. Regards :).
