Theme scary siren :. Production step :i record a scream. I cut it and extract two different sounds from it. I change the pitch to get the sound more high-pitched. I also change the tempo to be more slow. I separate the track in two and invert the last part. With the enveloppe tool, i change some part of my track manually. I amplify the track. I also use the reverb effect and amplify the size of the room of 60%. I used the noise reduction. At the end i fade out. I used the noise reduction. Description :this sound look like a siren or an alarm. Because the sound is high-pitched, it award an horrific aspect to the track. For me this siren can take place in an old and creepy factory. In some aspect, there is some metallic noise in this sound. The no-regularity of the siren also participate to this strangeness feeling. Typologie de schaeffer :. Just a looping beat patter made in fl studio 11 while playing with elektrostudio model mini. Pattern includes intro and outro + it has a multiple variations within, suitable for cutting, and editing into a beat. *it is not a full beat, rather several ideas played freely. Good source for a begginer who is learning about making a beats.

This a sound effect i created in acid pro for a play. It is intended to represent a conflagration with an explosive start, a fire alarm and then the approach of fire engines. The play was set in the eighties. It is made from a combination of sounds drawn from field recordings, freesound effects and purchased sound effects.

This is a cue i built while sound designing the play "wait until dark". I own the right to sound design this production and therefore own the right to this cue. A fire alarm beeping at 3:00 am. It decided to beep, so i decided to publicize it and let the world hear it's voice. This was recorded in an apartment complex with the fire alarm just outside the door. It always does this at random parts of the day, and it's not that annoying but, it happens.

Fire alarm as used in sunderland royal hospital. This damn thing was tested over a dozen times, whilst i was sitting in the urology department waiting to have the p***taken out of me. I happened to be testing the voice recording capabilities of my sansa clip zip mp3 player, at the time. I'll think you'll agree this is exceptional quality for such a tiny microphone and only minimal background noise removal.
