A sound effect for a game i'm making. Made in fl studio 12. Plugin used: harmor.

This sound is made by my old continuity meter when the contacts are moved around. The clicking sounds similar to that of a more modern geiger counter or dosimeter. I have heard a few over the internet and some of them produce a beeping noise when the max range of radiation level is reached. Please feel free to used this sound. And remember to rate and comment. I was trying to use a web dx7 emulator to record some synth pads, but i had too many other tabs open and the connection was pretty bad. The result was this odd sound. Use however you want :).

Released in 1989, the ensoniq vfx synthesizer was ensoniq's early take on wavetables, called transwaves in ensoniqs' perlance. The machine was a digital six oscillator hybrid rompler and additive with several of the waveforms being wavetables. Modulation settings allowed you to scan thru the waveforms for evolving sounds such as this pad. The vfx-sd was much the same synthesizer, but added a sequencer.

Here's another vocal sample of "reaction" ran thru audioterm into a waldorf blofeld as a wavetable. Scanning the position of the wavetable is done by the mod wheel so it's fun to play. Not a sampler, not a vocoder! this one is in d.

Impulse response of a 1986 alesis microverb on the large 2 setting. Recorded through a tascam us-1641 into studio one 2, convolution done with voxengo deconvolver.
