Birdsong and crows in the fields above my home in the fog and damp - so sounds amplified and 'hollow'. Recorded using a sennheiser 'shotgun' mic. Cropped in audacity; and saved as aif file. The odd airline going overhead can be heard. Quite an eerie sound-bite. Feel free to hash it, mash it and trash it. Use it as you wish. No conditions.

This is a foghorn-like sound that i created using an accidentally recorded poot from a friend. I stretched the sound bite a few times while lowering the pitch, added a couple different reverb effects, and then finished it with some parametric eq, raising the bass, and using a low pass filter to cut out the high frequencies. If you would like the original poot sound, i have also uploaded it as fart sound 1.

Used a sound of a car going past and a synthesized shake of rice to create the d&d spell misty step. Very useful for that horizon walker ranger who uses this every battle!.

A foggy july morning. The recorder was placed on a rock about 30cm from the edge of the water which was moving very slowly. The waves were really shallow and soft. You can hear uk songbirds in the wooded area behind the recorder and seabirds in front of it. Occasionally you can hear a foghorn in the distance. Olympus ls-5, int mics, deadcat, 35hz hp @6db/oct, 5:30am.

foggy passage is a short bit of mysterious music i made in garageband for a thing called victors crypt. I think of a nightmare, or a dark fantasy. Maybe in a forrest and you see this path in the woods that got this misty fog. Seems dangerous but your curiosity takes overhand and you can't just stop youself from taking that path or passage in the woods. Could be perfect for an intro, outro, something spooky and cool, suspence, sci-fi, futuristic, mysterious or whatever you feel like. . . . Let the imagination run wild.
