Diy gate connector techno. My home made gate connector is fun to use to more then modular gate signals. This is a simple, almost accidental, beat driven thou the connector.

Actually a quite simple patch with not many modules involved. A rewarding patch! have to take some notes. Fm-modulation off-course. Self oscillating filters. Lfos. Sample and hold. Modular fun! well. . . I think its fun.

06. 29. 16: made this at work randomly when i accidentally opened a software instrument - logic's klopfgeist. Enjoy a silly loop! a little bit of damping and panning going on.

Droid kinda sounds from the lovely polygogo eurorack module. In this case it was processing cv input from an external lfo. Useful for laser sounds, droids, future computers, etc.

This sound/track is made with a modular synth and a zoom ms-70cdrwith spacehole reverb and stereocho chorus effect. The music is a patch controled by some random andlfos. I'm not interfering at all.

I made a tonal quantussy recording. The bass always plays a low c. The 5 tracks are selected from one 15 min long recording. The synth creates defined tracks with different character.

In the right channel you hear uoki-toki polivoks vcf. In the left channel is the sound of intellijel μvcf. They are playing the same tones. The sounds have the same envelope but respectively vca are also affected by attenuated lfos.

1k generated sine wave, 120ms long. Typical nagra beep that you find between takes on a blooper reel. They used to place a couple of these between takes recorded to analog tape in order to differentiate between multiple takes when fast forwarding.

I let both the vco (intellijel μvcf) and the uoki-toki polivoks vcf play a little melody, the same. The vcf is in self-oscillation and cv1 at 100%. It does not track perfectly, but could be useful.

In this patch i’m using doepfer a-160 clock divider as a sub bas generator. Square wave out from doepfer a-110 to trig in on a-160. I guess a square wave makes it easier for a-160? /4, in this patch, out to uvcf. The sawtooth from a-110 to another nice filter - the wasp filter. The transient modules 8s sequencer gives us an 8 note sequence. A copy of the sawtooth melody is going to an analog delay stomp box from joyo and back to the synth. Another sloth lfo test. I wanted to see - expected to see - cyclesrepeating. I don't. I have x controlling frequency and y controllinga filter. This recording is 5 minutes so there should be some repetitiveness. . . It's a regular sloth. . . I see 48 second cycles but they are not the same. Cool. Chaos.
