Looping, swirling, sweeping, echoey, ambient keyboard sound. The result of an experiment one night with a korg z1 and a pile of vst stuff. Unfortunately i only experimented with it in one key =(. Will also loop nicely in a kind of moody, urban, dubsteppy way at around 67-70bpm.

Here is melody i made in fl studio using the dsk music box vst plugin. You can use for what ever you want just add me in credits. You dont have to but i would love to here what you are using it for.

Old sound i uploaded years ago and never described until now. Software made, using addictive drums with a lot of reverb effects, subatomic vst, gort's minipiano soundfont. A nasty cheap telephone ring designed using native instruments fm8 virtual synthesizer, a ring modulator, a moog-like filter (either are included in cockos reaper software), and a free lo-fizer vst plugin. An alarm inspired by the utsuho reiuji one in touhou 11/12. 3! this might have been done with a vst called ice cream but that's only because i hear some suggestions of a tritone in there. (i made this a while ago. ) in any case, it appears to be the result of noodling around in mixcraft 6!.

I created this in sony acid with an ahh string from alchemy vst, the sequenced beat-like ahh's were created by knocking the volume on and (nearly) off to a sequence that sounds great over beats. Another very old production, i think this one's from around 2009 even!. Using the reverb of a chord i made on my guitar i created a drone-y, washed out sound. Added some subtle bitcrushed drums, cymbals and a vst synthesizer plays some notes to fill it out a bit, and a dark brooding bass-like instrument pulls up near the end of the track.

Some goa synth i created in fl studio a while ago using the pro 53 vst synth. Basically a saw wave form with glide or portamento, this nice lfo lpf in fl studio called fruity love synth, slight hpf, slight distorition (blood overdrive), a little compression, a little pannomatic, the right amount of delay and reverb. Presto!.

Samsara ekd was used for the kick, sent through eq and a couple of distortion plugins. Black noh snare was used for the snare, with a resonator and reverb placed on top of it, as well as eq and compression. Hcx was used for the hihats, with one eq plugin placed on it. The master channel got brickwalled (or bricked) using compressivecm vst.

This is a break i made to layer over my breaks at 102bpm. It was created in free tracker jeskola buzz using vst instrument, alchemy, multiloop2-move knob 1. This is not a looped sample from the instrument, i created it using the tracker, then applied an ohm boys delay effect. Sounds great over the breaks at 102. Enjoy :).

Kick sound created in fl studio using a reggae kick sound played both dry and using a denise punisher free distortion vst and then layered with a pure click from fl studio. The resulting kick to me sounds somewhere between techno and dubstep light. Would love to hear about anything you create with it but as always free to use whether you inform me or not. Revolt!.

Here's another loop created with my experimental one string dulcimer using an old casstte player head as a pickup. This one's a long ambient loop that can be used as a backing track or chopped up. The sound was created using numerous vst effects in reaper. If you download this and use it in a track please send me a link to the track. It's always great to hear what other people create too :0).

I was playing around trying to create a different sound when i accidentally created this sound which reminded me of a rocket flying by. I thought it might be useful and uploaded it. I kept it a bit longer so you can edit it into a loop or fade it out to make it seem the rocket flies away =). Made with fl studio with the free firebird vst plugin.

Made from a tom drum i created with xfer serum in reaper. Rendered the instrument as audio, then, sampled a small section of the tom and looped it infinitely to create a static frequency. Then i added the reapitch vst and created a smooth automation curve down to -24 semitones. Lastly, i added a short fade in and long fade out.

This is a tune i've made out of a short saxophone riff (using edirol orchestral vst) which i've pitch shifted and reversed and reverbed and stuff and i think it sounds a bit 80s and very much like background music for some sort of tv program or film with spying or detectives or ghosts or possibly straight horror.

A dark and dissonant hit on the very low piano keys. With a bit of eq to increase the low rumble and a lot of reverb. Not a real piano but a vst instrument. Suitable for e. G. Horror films and games. The versions (a) and (b) of each sound in this pack are the same notes but on different pianos with sligthly different settings. Post-processing: eq & reverb.

I created this 64 bar loop in bitwig using a sample loop that comes free with the software, next i used a multiband fx plugin with automation controlling amounts and cutoff's which then in turn had various effects on the seperate bands and as you can clearly hear i used the glitch2 vst mostly on the mid frequencies, which in turn had automation controlling/changing it's presets.

909 kick with massive distortion and eqíng. Used the eks-9 vst plugin to emulate a 909 kick drum. Placed a huge load of different distortion plugins on different spores, to create a heavy distorted sound. In between those distortion plugins i used several eq's to manipulate the sound. A soundscape conveys our interpretation of the origin of universe. It mixes scientific, vedic hinduism and creative approaches. Starting from the very beginning (big bang and “om” sound), passing through the universe expansion and focusing mostly on earth evolution, including molten rock and floods eras, as well as sounds from living creatures. Made for the ice-breaker collab. Simple mournful loop with deep kick, flute and strings. Tempo=90 bpm. An arpegiated supersaw over drone effect (wollo drone) repeats 3 times. First iteration includes a melody played as a flute. Second iteration of the loop has the flute replaced with a full string section. Third time around, it's just the arp and drone. All three versions of the loop have a deep, reverberating and mellow kickdrum. Sounds tribal(-ish). Created in flstudio 11. 04 with virtual instruments and vst eq + reverb.

I installed in december 2011 my sound data for bfd-eco, an acoustic drum vst that really rocks. By that time i had my akai mpc 1000 connected to my computer to do some sampling. While i didn't do any sampling while the installation progressed i did hear that the external hard drive that i was installing onto sent out disturbing binary pulses that my mpc picked up. I quickly started the sampler, and recorded as much as i could of the noises. This is the result.

Wrote/recorded a free dance tune at 100bpm using ableton live 9. Basic 4 chord song structure (a, e, g, d). Synth and synth sounds are a combination of ableton stock plugins (bass groove, might as well synth brass, celestial pad) and free online synth vsts (dexed, synth1 vst). This sound was recorded with a cm25 mkii condenser microphone, connected to a focusrite scarlett interface. The daw in which it was recorded is ardour and a guitar effects vst was used to add some distortion and delay. It was created with a photoresistor and a led lamp. The microphone was placed pointing towards one of the edges of the monitor, so as not to emphasize the treble and to balance more with the mids. Urban ambience with local residents talking, some moderate, yet constant traffic, a plane at the end and featuring the sound of love. Includes people talking in the background, some distant cars, a church bell, one or two planes about to land, people opening and closing the back door. As special appearance, there is someone having a joyful time (or -less probable- screaming of pain repeatedly) throughout the whole lenght of the recording. Recorded in stereo on march, 11th 2018 at 09:00 pm.

This is the result of my big work with some samples from freesound and some samples that i made by myself. They were mixed all together and edited using lots of vst effects and software, reversed many times and mixed again, sampled in lo-fi quality and then again and again. . I wanted to prove you could make an 808 bass in tripleoscillator (lmms) without a vst. I've never made hip-hop before. This is not a complete song, so i'm thinking it should be used as a series of loops in something like mixxx:. 0:00-0:07: intro0:07-0:20: loop 1 (fewer hi-hats)0:20-0:34: loop 2 (sprinkly hi-hats)0:34-0:42: loop 3 (just pads mostly)0:42-1:03: loop 4 (basically the same as loop 2 but with arp)1:03-end: outro. This wav file is a take-away from a midi track my current project. The vst instrument is 4front e-piano and it's free! - the root key is g major, starting off in the piano roll at g3. The bottom drops to g2 and uses heavy steps, separated by a key to reach g2. Going back up to g3, the notes are shortened and no keys are skipped. Hence the fairytale stares ascents. The ceiling above g3 is g5. So 1 octave down, 2 up. The tight stairstep is maintained above g3. There is just downward notes to keep it sounding like a saw form. The entire sound should be in-key and loopable. Each of the 16 bars is unique. I didn't just copy and paste the same notes several times. - my next step is to apply a different midi sound.
