Though i generally expect attribution for my sounds, almost every aspect of this sound was the product of dpren's superb "scifi gun - mega charge cannon". My only contribution was adding a bit more oomph to when the gun fires so it feels wrong to take any credit for their genius. The different creation steps. - creation of a sinusoidal sound of 3s with a frequency of 440hz (la)- creation of an other sinusoidal sound of 1s at the end of the first one, with a frequency of 493,9hz (si)- fade-out effect to gradually decrease the sound volume between 3,80 and 4,00s- modification of the envelope at the end of the sound- wahwah effect with the following parameters :lfo frequency - 1,5hzstart-up phase - 0 degdepth - 30%resonance - 4. 0wha frequency lag - 30%- modification of the sound's envelope to obtain a crescendo effect.

Sound of a teleportation device. This sound was created using my modular synth, more specifically a black wavetable vco from erica synth and an mutable instruments clouds. Going through a focusrite scarlet 2i4 and finally, through pro tools.

Low pitch static which reminds me of 1950s sci-fi television. Created by filtering a static wave from an analog radio then slowing the pitch and adding a mechanization effect.

This is a modified version of "earthkiller background 1", the background noise inside a space station. I removed some upper midrange (1700 hz) to make it easier to mix with dialog.

That was originally a boring industrial water heating system furnace. So i fooled around with audio effects to give that result that sounds like one of those old low budget science fiction movies or even some cartoons. It can be used in many type of stuff, it's up to your imagination.

Noise of a solar power dc-ac inverter on a sunny day. A static hum with some kind of a rhythmic modulation. Sometimes other noises like a bird singing outside, however mostly the pure sound of the inverter. Recorded x/y stereo with at4041 mics into a pmd661 recorder. Eqed in fabfilter, there used to be a sine beep at 15. 8khz, inaudible for many people but it would have been even more annoying for those who can still hear it.

A set of variations of a scary soundscape. May come in handy if you find an alien artifact and you want to show it on youtube and need some acoustic colours for it. Entirely made on a pc with software. No mic or instrument used. Most of the software i used for this is available for free. Mainly used: antopya, chimera and the alchemy player. .
