Shed door opens, then closed. First with a metallic click to unlock and followed by a long opening creaking door. Once opened there is a plastic rustle and the door closes with an even longer spooky creaking noise. Followed by a clunk when shut and a metallic click to lock the shed door. Silence back and front.

This sample inspired by twisted metal black a car combat game which had a combination of grungy, dirty and suspensful sound designs of which compliment the downtrodden style are some of my styles of foley considering the genre of "industrial" of technology, metal, machinery and transhumanism. Applications could be used in very run down areas as a cue sound, foley/ambiance for when a person is to be trapped and face danger and/or simply a jumpscare.

It's a recording of sounds of an old store refridgerator. The recorder (zoom h2) was put into the fridge. There are sounds of fridge getting opened and closed, started up and stopped. It was recorded in a dance studio, hence the music in the background audible in the beginning. Lots of interesting noises this fridge makes. Recorded with zoomh2 rear mics from inside of the fridge. Converted to flac using audacity.

Opening and closing an old metal hatch in our basement. The hatch is locked by two handles. The first two creaks are the handles being turned, the last creak is the hatch itself. At around 0:10, the hatch is closed again and the two handles are turned to closed position. Recorded using a no-name directional microphone. I let off fireworks inside a silo. Unfortunately the best audio i got was from the gopro inside.
