As there was hardly any car circulating during the first french confinement, i had the idea of recording the blackbird from my garden day after day around 6 a. M. This recording was made on april 15, 2020 with the sony ic recorder. Enjoy the solo by this little composer!.

This is a recording (made with an iphone) of a bird with a cool call. I have no idea what bird it is. . . I'm not an expert on those things. Xd. The cool call starts a few seconds in. :). This zone has a corridor of vegetation in the process of succession typical of dry areas. Constant bird songs in this area undergoing ecological restoration with the dominance of great thrush, rufous-collared sparrow, black-tailed trainbearer, black flowerpiercer and the sound of several individuals of the endemic specie of the silvery-throated highland spinetail stands out among adults and juveniles, among others.

A beautiful call of the eastern phoebe. . . This call is also a very unique call in the bird-world. In the eastern and midwestern united states, these are usually the first to arrive in the spring. I have seen these many times as i hike in the deep woods, but this was a nice surprise for me to hear one, literally, in my backyard about 7 o:clock in the morning. I recorded this one in my backyard -- i live in a small town in a rural area. I caught this on my handy zoom h4n recorder, using its internal, built-in stereo microphones set on a record volume about 70. Enjoy. .

This is a real nightingale recorded in real forest. In this sound you can hear some machine running near the forest. But not critical, i fixed it.

Heard some grackles in my backyard having a great conversation with each other, so i busted out the rode ntg-3 with deadcat and zoom h6 and recorded it!.

The forest that these birds sang in, is now gone. People decided to blast it away in favor of unappealing buildings. . . And it's almost too heart breaking for me to listen to. I loved that little green spot.
