Recordings with a telephone coil microphone recording sounds from an external blu ray drive and a smartphone (telephone coil recorded via behringer xenyx q1202 usb mixer, line-in) and 2. Random recordings from a soma ether device (recorded with zoom h1n, line-in). In these recordings i picked up those areas which i though to be useful for a drum kit, just as i would do it for myself. This track contains all samples in no special order in one file. All samples my own, released into cc0 public domain. Would be nice to hear if someone does something with it. Scrolling through various shortwave frequencies, caught a tone that slowly turned into a beep with rising tempo. Radio used was a grundig yacht boy 207 with a broken antenna, recorded on a tascam dr-05x.

Here is a sound that i produced in audacity by generating a tone and making the frequency very low. It sounds rather like a humming of a machine or electrical appliance! good for looping and such. Enjoy !.

This is a tape measure being drawn out and back in.

This is an aif (garage band) file of just good ol' tape hiss recorded from a jvc tape machine (cassette). It's just tape hiss. You can change the freq to help blend it in your recordings. I have the volume on this at a higher level. When i blend this with my digital recordings i turn it down just enough to hear it without it being too analog sounding. Hope you can use it. It's great for soft passes and solo instruments, much like white noise of a studio perhaps.
