My small dog was running around outside and got pretty hot. When i brought her in, she began lapping up water at a fast pace. She's also a little sniffly so it got some nice sniffle noises in there too. I feel like this could work well for plenty of different character shots, from a monster, to a comedy-type shot of someone eating something like noodles, to a dog drinking water in an animation. Foley make for the sound effect of drinking, was made for a real human(me), and was recorder with a nw-700.

Recorded with: zoom h6 "handy recorder" lom úcho (ultrasonic omnidirectional microphone from slovakia!). A pouring of a drink with carbonation (fancy sparkling water). The reason it is monoaural is because it is easier to record singular sources in monoaural without having too much stereo variance in the recording which can if improperly recorded cause clipped audio on one side of the channel (though this reduces the width and dimensionality of a sound sample - this also makes it easier for (independent) game developers and film projects to place the sound.

This is a test recording of my brand new rode shotgun microphone. I connected it to my sony recorder and did this recording. It sounds amazing for being the price that it was. This microphone was originally designed to be used with cameras, but i am using it as a handheld microphone. Hope you enjoy. If you guys have any other ideas for recordings with this mic, then please let me know.

Recorded using a zoom h6 with an xy mic and foam screen and handheld. The mic was placed closely to my neck while i drank a cup of water. I started off slowly drinking then rapidly drinking. Recorded for a school project for a sfx library.

A person slurping or drinking very hard on his coffee was recorded by using the zoom h6 recorder with the xy capsule on it.

This is the sound of someone drinking on a fontain on the roc boronat building in upf campus of poblenou. The background noise is due to the engine of the fontain. It was recorded at 13:30. Recorded using zoom h4, normalized and fade-in/fade-out added with audacity.
