An important subtype of the descending 5-6 sequence is the root position variant, also known as the Pachelbel sequence, due to the use of this sequence in Pachelbel's Canon. The Pachelbel sequence changes the first inversion chords in the descending 5-6 sequence to root position chords, resulting in a bass pattern that moves down a fourth, and then up stepwise.

A soprano pipistrelle recorded in the vicinity of maynooth university in september 2019. Originally recorded at 192 khz, this rate has been changed to 16 khz to make the sounds audible. In this extract the bat can be heard echolocating which culminates in a 'feeding buzz' as the bat catches prey. Recorded on a sony pcm d100 using knowles ultrasonic mics. This is a recording i made of a child's toy that had dead batteries in it. The sample playback rate was slowed by the drain of the amplifier. As sounds played back their pitch and sample rate changed depending on the amplitude of the sound. . . Pretty cool effect i figured. . . "man i gotta record that and use it!" so here it is!.

I've actually been frustrated with the lack of earthquake-type sounds, sooo i attempted my own. Not very good. It consisted of different items making different sounds, then slowed down, pitch change, some reverse, some echo, blah blah blah. It's a mess, but that's what rumbling is supposed to be, right? also, depending on your speakers, this may be very loud. . _.

This file has two different wavetable sets (from waveedit website), spliced per wave and saved in morphagene format. Once loaded, you can skip waves with the shift button, create a two voice synth, morph between l/r channels (e. G. With xpan), modulate l with r channel, etc. Changing morph, gene and size cv can dramatically ruin the sound.

The source of the sound originates in an apartment. I recorded the creaking noise of the front door with a zoom h4n. I didn't change effect as i wanted it to be used naturally as background noise and give special atmosphere, like in alfred hitchcock movies. I remarked this was a very clear, resourceful sound when going out from home: i heard it and suddenly thought that would be a good sound for the freesounders's community.

It's a fictional replyment for the song 'scarborough fair', it describes a girl has many special power for the man she loves( for the task he gave), but the price( cost) is lose the ability to have children. . . So, she can does everything, but can't be pregnant. The lyric is an example( because my english is poor, so you can change it become better):. She can makes a seamless shirt. She makes it without needle, but she can’t does even simple women make a baby as any mother have done. She can washes in dry well. That’s no water and there’s no rain. But she can’t does even simple women make a baby as any mother have done. She can plows a land with horn. That’s between sea and coastal. But she can’t does even simple women make a baby as any mother have done. The software be used is 'finale 2002', and use 'formatfactory' to change. Mid to. Wav, then use 'audacity' to edit the. Wav file.

I made this by playing a piccolino recorder and then adding reverb to it. There was a loop ready-made in garage-band that i used as a model but then changed it because i didn't want it to loop. I added flourishes so that it ends. This is the intro for an audio book i am recording but since i created the sound, i can share it. I would be happy if anyone else wanted to use it. Theme old bombtimer :. Production steps:i record the sound of a book falling on the floor. I copy the sound impact 8 times on the same track. At the end « i fade in closing ». On another track, i copy the first track. I displace this second track on the right with « time shift tool », it creates a shift. I change the pitch of this track with a percent of change of -47. On a third track i take another recording sound of a key knocking on metal. I copy this sound 8 times and put a « fade out » on all the third track. I shift the track to begin at 1sec. Description:this sound look like to an old bomb timber. There is two different sounds one look like a heartbeat and the second a clock ticking. It creates a very stressful sound because of the progressive amplification. The bomb will explode soon and we need to hurry to defuse it. Typologie de schaffer :. I asked him to load the dishwasher, and he actually did, except that he washed the dishes by hand and used the dishwasher for a drying rack. I didn't ask him to record it for me, so maybe he's trying to change the subject. Bully for him. Great file, might be diminished in volume quite a bit and used as a background in a diner or restaurant kitchen. This is the way men wash dishes, and it explains why many of mine are chipped.

I produced this strangely satisfying sound by dropping a watermelon-shaped canning tomato into a dishpan full of water. Have to get that just about right to get this result. For my purposes i needed to repeat it, but you can do that. It's unlikely that two objects tossed into liquid will sound exactly the same, but it's possible to modify one of the two "ploops" by changing amplification, pitch and even to shorten the waveform to make them sound different. If you need that done let me know.

I made a waveshaper in the js audio language that applies random math operations to the signal. The original signal is liteon's (of reaper forums) lorenz attractor synth, which is then run through the waveshaper, then that signal controls the pitch of a soundwave. Later on i waveshape the resulting soundwave but i don't think it has the best results (dc offset city). A lot of the cooler sounds/series of pitches are made by changing the number of operations on the fly, or shuffling a new set of operations for the waveshaper to use.

This is the final piece for our final project of sound creation laboratory. We have made changes in several ways: erasing redundant information (such as spoken words), filtered a section of the piece in order to make a sense of outside the club or inside the club. We also introduced an echo effect to make the effect of a drunk state. Furthermore, a bed sound has been placed at the final of the piece. This is a good improvement related with the final impression the piece gives to the audience. It's a recreation of tired atmosphere and also of the desire of sleeping.

As with my other sounds, i prefer quality over quantity. Here is another sound file that i developed over a couple of days. Similar to ss's pulse cannons, this one features a military battle featuring tanks, helicopters, jets, and strafing runs using high caliber chainguns. A lot of explosions and rocket fire is heard as well, and the audio is a bit loud. Sounds edited in audacity, some sounds recorded irl using my dslr camera system, the mixing was done using filmora9. The freesound files used is listed in the sound sources, rest is what i used online and irl. I did this out of boredom while playing shooter games, since i'm working with 3d modeling i'm getting back into making my own sounds for my games. This one is free to use with credit, and with the right editing software you can change the volume if needed. Feel free to let me know if anything needs changing, or if you want a audio commission!. <3. [the quality in freesound's website player doesn't fully show the amount of audio details. It'll clear up and have much more depth when downloaded. ].
