I played the melody and solo of against all odds by gerald albright (ca. 100 bpm, key: db maj)and put effects on it. My sax player friend played a few things for me and so i sampled parts of them (fairly long parts) to share. Used a sm57 about 3 inches away from the barrel.
Sound is an ibanez fz-7 fuzz fed back into itself into a nanoverb delay. The feedback creates a sound somewhat like a droning saxophone at times. Peak reduction done in goldwave, otherwise unprocessed.
