Inspired by a strange japanese number station i heard around 2012. I generated white noise, recorded an old toy, and found some public domain static and put it all together in this extremely eerie piece. It gets even creepier if you lower the pitch.

Bits of broken glass being scraped and cracked against various surfaces. Can be hard to listen to at times. Use in a scary movie or anywhere you need a disturbing, uneasy effect.

Theme scary siren :. Production step :i record a scream. I cut it and extract two different sounds from it. I change the pitch to get the sound more high-pitched. I also change the tempo to be more slow. I separate the track in two and invert the last part. With the enveloppe tool, i change some part of my track manually. I amplify the track. I also use the reverb effect and amplify the size of the room of 60%. I used the noise reduction. At the end i fade out. I used the noise reduction. Description :this sound look like a siren or an alarm. Because the sound is high-pitched, it award an horrific aspect to the track. For me this siren can take place in an old and creepy factory. In some aspect, there is some metallic noise in this sound. The no-regularity of the siren also participate to this strangeness feeling. Typologie de schaeffer :. I was just messing around in audacity, doing some things with a party noise maker sound effect, i slowed it down, put some reverb & echo, messed with the pitch a little bit, and got this! it's supposed to be kinda like "trumpets in the sky" and/or war of the worlds inspired.

I just messed with some effects on vocals for a song. Finally i got this.

Inspired by amliebsch's "voice from hell" sound, i decided to take a crack at making something similar. This was made with my own voice. If you want to know what it's saying, it's:. To invoke the hive-mind representing chaos. Invoking the feeling of chaos. With out order. The nezperdian hive-mind of chaos. Zalgo. He who waits behind the wall. Zalgo!. Just slowed and pitched down immensely and then with some added reverb to give it the creepy effects that i wanted to. I think it would make a really great ambiance to a creepy horror scene in some creepy abandoned. . . . Wherever you would expect to hear these kinds of sounds.
