Here's a small sample of "clicks and snips" as i like to call em. There are also some short little buzzes. Glitchy. Made in gleetchlab (http://gleetchplug. Com/).

Today i'm supposed to play with my modular, or anything. As long as i'm not disturb the boys watching gremlins down stairs. . . Okay. I put some modules out for sale. Made this. The sound is generated by self oscillating vcfs. I love sinus wave. I will sell my triple oscillator now. It does not have sinus wave! the randomness is generated to old fashion way. I don't have any fancy random trigger modules. Bla bla bla. . . I stop there.

I found two melodies in gis_sweden's excellent "you deserve it - friday randomness ii"http://freesound. Org/people/gis_sweden/sounds/362508/. And quantized them into a 92 bpm 4/4 thing. Each melody is presented panned, with and without a beat, then simultaneously. It's sort of an accidental counterpoint. I also messed up his nice analog sound into some harsh digital junk. There's a lot of high frequency energy here so watch it, and apologies to mr. Fletcher, mr. Munson and their daughter, curve.

Results from running randomly-generated neural networks (all weights in neuron connections start random and then slowly drift when generating). Although sample rates used are 44. 1 and 48 khz, sounds pretty lo-fi. The reason could be input compression needed for network to actually work. Each sound channel is an output from two separate neurons in the network. Each sample in this pack is generated by a separate network, as they wasn’t saved anywhere after they produce a thing. Global parameters (output compression, neuron count, drift rate etc. ) aren’t the same from sample to sample, too.

The engine to the hysterical "melody" is formed by a two lfos and a looping envelope performing an ever changing dance of random or maybe chaos. Zooming in and study waveforms in this sound is interesting. The sound is unedited, straight from the analog modular synth. Quantization of the pitch - nope. . .

I made a small python program that generates 20 random beeps. I record the outcome. I cut the result so that the first beep starts after 0. 01 secthe file ends right after the last beep. (i'm a python noob. . . If you find something you don’t like in the code please let me know. ). # gis_sweden 20170531 - random beep in python :-)import winsoundimport randomimport timebeepnr = 1.
