One of the most beautiful man-made sounds is coffee pouring into a mug. Made on june 23rd, 2016 using a sennheiser me66 microphone going into a marantz pmd661.
This is the sound of setting a ceramic mug on the metal plate of a keurig coffee maker, hitting "brew" and letting it do its magic. Recorded with a boom microphone onto a p2 card via a panasonic hvx200 digital video camera.
I recorded myself using a hand-grinder to grind come coffee beans, but it works for nearly any sort of grinding sound. Good for videos with machines and such.
This is the sound my senseo coffee machine made when warming up the water. I think it made the weird gargling noise because it didn't have enough water in the reservoir. 24bit 48khz, stereo, 2 x small membrane -> edirol r4.
