A recording of a superb lyrebird, near bogong village in victoria, australia. Note some raindrops falling on the recorder! it was a wet spring day;). Recorded with a zoom h1, post-production in adobe audition.

A soft texture for synth pads in a3. Built by layering several sine-wave generators to create the note a and some of its overtones. It was then drowned in reverb. The sine-generators played just a short impulse, what you hear is the tail of the reverb, to give it more richness. Post-production: reverb.

A horrible sound for a contest, created by paulstretching the sound of an old photo-slide scanner six times, then slowly layering it on top of itself up by a semitone every second and adding reverb. A rather lengthy sound byte that i heavily edited to the point of being unrecognizable. It sustains a flat note with varying bass levels causing an unnerving effect or the listener or player. I had designed this track for a roleplay plot involving a cursed train station, the plot came out kinda rough and it fell through midway. . . But, the audio track i made came out good enough to post here like my first sound involving my transformers oc!. It's free to use as long as you credit me, and it can be used in a wide variety of fields that is deemed appropriate. From suspense to horror, or even background noise in a lighter field; it can be altered and edited as needed due to it's broad and simple design. I made the volume low to prevent any extreme bass causing ear bleeds. Hope you enjoy! <3.

Today begins a week of immense global protests and strikes to bring attention to the climate issue. Of course, i attended the guildford protest, participated and documented it here with some of its vocal chanting from a crowd of several hundred. With the aim of spreading news of this strike as much as possible, i am releasing this sound to the public domain. These strikes deserve to be heard. They need to be heard. . A peaceful ambiance of some pine trees in early, early spring. The predominant, lower-pitched background is the strong south wind blowing through the tops of healthy pine trees. . . An unwavering "swooshing" that cuddles and curls around the flexible, thick-resin-filled pine needles. Also, from time to time, you hear the sound of the wind rattling some dead and brown oak leaves; oak leaves which are still stubbornly hanging on to their parent tree. I purposely did only a very bare minimum of post-processing on this sound so as to keep it as realistic as possible. Yes, there are quite a few wind rumbles that i toned down just a little bit. I did not totally get rid of the wind rumbles. I did this on purpose so you the true feeling of " being there " on that mild, but still raw cold day of spring could still be felt. At 4:35 into the soundscape the trilling of a pine warbler is heard---a warble of warm-sounding notes fighting back stubborn winter. At 9:33 that hardy year-round resident, black-capped chickadee starts tweeting about. Recording made on saturday march 25, 2023 using a sound devices mixpre-3 series ii and only one microphone. I used a sennheiser mkh 8070. Enjoy this soundscape of winter slowly losing its grip, as told by pine trees and brown, crackly oak leaves.
