Starting to rain on macpac olympus tent by the shore of lake king william, tasmania, 27 feb 2014, 9. 19am. Recorded from inside the tent on a marantz pmd 661 using a rode nt55.
Some tent construction sounds, there is a strange tone to some of this but that is just the strange acoustics of the inside of a tent. Used here originally: https://soundcloud. Com/evil-ear/sets/oregon. Enjoy. Evil ear.
This is the sound of a jacket zipper going up and down at various speeds. While it is from a jacket, it does sound also like the zipper from a tent as well. This was recorded with an akg c-214 condenser microphone in my home studio.
I recorded this at night in blanchard spring campground in arkansas, usa. Mostly night insects. In the distance there is a heavy metal door of the campground bathroom opening/closing.
About a dozen hikers gathered for lunch: talking, bird sounds. Recorded near shale oil mine, latrobe, tasmania, on a marantz pmd661 with a rode nt4, 8 july 2018. Small amount of wind rustle in trees.
formatted for use in the make noise morphagene. This is a small collection of splices from inside my modular and some field recordings. These recordings correspond with some of my influences and hobbies of skateboarding, scuba diving, and camping. With these in a morphagene one is able to have a small window into my brain and how i sometimes see modular music. All splices made to work well with the make noise music system. Enjoy. .
This was recorded during a thunder night in skradin (croatia) in september 2014. A friend and i slept in a tent, but i couldn't with the noise that made the rain. So, i decided to record it with my zoom h4n. . . It's released for public domain: credit is optional, don't worry about it :).
Other placesrecorder: zoom h2 / other portable devicesoftware: pro tools / audacity / ocenaudio / reaper. Your comments are greatly appreciatedcheers, piotr zaczek.
A close perspective of a small backyard fire, crickets in the background. Recorded in september 2013, on a zoom h4n's internal mics, in 48khz, 24bit, in port st lucie, fl, usa.
My very first upload. A small sample taken from nyb 11. Mp3, and fettled up slighty. Not the greatest, but for what i intend to use it for, it will do nicely :). Many thanks to the new york brass (http://www. Newyorkbrass. Com/download-free-brass-samples. Html) for making the samples avaliable. Will be using them for many other purposes, methinks. . .
A campfire recorded with two stereo omni's spaced a foot apart in beautiful vermont. Recordings are uncompressed 24bit, 48khz, straight out of the deck ready for you to process.
Recording from a swamp trail in west alabama in the united states. Starts with a bird cawing then other songbirds come to the fore. Also a constant trill from a singing cricket.
