This sound i record with zoom h6. I recorded lettuce ripping to make the sound of gut sounds.

Someone eating a piece of very crunchy lettuce.

The sound was recorded when a butcher knife was chopping a head of lettuce on a cutting board.

Some lettuce being broken. It could stand in for many sounds. Or maybe you just need to adr some lettuce a character is breaking.

Biting and chewing something that i think is called a white cabbage.
