Every saturday morning workers roll the large garbage bin down the driveway at our apartment and dump it into the garbage truck. Usually it's an annoyance, because they come early, but today i decided to record it. I was at a human trafficking conference and to thank the people the first nations people of the area sang this song for a long time brushing the participants with cedar boughs and smudging. I caught about half of the singing and drumming. It was done in a large lunch room with about 100 people attending in the late afternoon. I recorded the sound with my lumix fz200. Location was in surrey british columbia.

I strapped an h6 to the frame of a rickety fixed-gear bicycle with no shock absorbers on either wheel. I rode this around a shipping container yard near ahmedabad, on a gritty surface made up of interlocking concrete tiles. Close mic-ed.

This sound is modeled after the inception movie's large horn blast. It is a low multi-voiced saw wave with a specific ring modulation setting to give it it's effect. This sound is rendered as a 44100 sample rate 16 bit wav file. Made with native instrument's massive inside ableton live 9.
