Sounds of my pillow being thrown on the ground. Recorded with a zoom h4n portable recorder, edited in audacity to cut out the undesired bits. Parts of this could be used as the sound of someone/something falling hard (in a fighting game maybe?).

This was the intro beat to the d'nb project. Again,eq'd and compressed quite hard(about 7:1 i think).

A recording i made by using a small camcorder which i proceeded to drop on a wooden desk. The sound was obviously extracted from the video i recorded. Could be useful sounds for pov/first-person-movies projects. Enjoy!.

I have a lot of old hard drives, some of which are still working and others are damaged. My project is collect the sounds produced during start-up. To do this i use a digital recorder zoom h4n using the two incorporated microphones and two 'diy'ed contact microphones additionally. This here is the sound of a western digital caviar 32500 working fine.

Walking and quick light jog in hard snow, steps in hard snow, footsteps in hardsnow,footsteps in crunchy snow.

Electric guitar, heavy gain. Faster style riff with a change to a hitting slow style break. Sorta punkish in a way.

Low gain but mushy and nasty type of tone. Simple riff but with the nasty overtones, think of it as ac/dc if they forgot to tune.

Hitting a hard drive with a pizza cutter recorded with dr-05 96000 hz sample ratein the kitchen it was a seagate 250gb 7200 rpm 3,5 inch harddrive with sata.

A schranz kick i made in caustic 3. A layer of a few kicks with a reverb then a distortion. Basic way to make this kind of a kick. ¥€π√.

Basically its a synthesized snare bottom, with a real clap layered with a white noise burst, eq'd and also filtered with what i can only really call "parallel- saturation. ".

Rough sea on the atlantic coast,two days after heavy winds, waves splashing on to rocks.

Sounds of an old hard disk drive from 2005 (hitachi). You hear starting of the spinning noise and the heads rumbling when data is read and written. I started a short defragmenting to make the disk noisy. Recorded with a roland r-05.

Electric guitar, heavy gain. Hitting the d chord and letting it ring out…. And then smack it again.

Wrench held with dental floss, resonates after being struck, then different makes overtones from being struck again. The floss was mint waxed. Downpitched it sounds like eerie church bells.

Fuzzy gain, good for an intro, sorta funky but repeating the same notes. It gets nasty near the end.

My remake of the iconic hoover sound commonly heard in hard house. A lot of reverb in this one. Made using the sawer soft-synth in fl studio 10. The key is c5.

A lower pitched snare that i made off of the stock drum samples in fl studio.

Hard hitting metal impact. Probably works good for industrial music.

This sound was recorded during a special door knock for the short film "painting" on a zoom h6 recorder (xy capsule) and a sennheiser me-2 lavalier microphone.

Simple techno loop made on analog modular synth. I use a boss bd-2 as driver to add some character to the sound.
