I was walking on grass in my backyard, the grass is short. I shuffled my feet in the grass. The sound makes a crunch like sound.

I was skipping in my backyard, it was a windy day, it was in the afternoon.

Here is a recording i made of a pig at hackney city farm. It was recorded about 4 years ago on a zoom h2. Unfortunately there are some people in the background but there are also some clean grunts and breathing. Enjoy!.

I left the zoom h4n field recorder stationary as i mowed the back yard. Tonality and pitch changes based on terrain, velocity and movement.

I recorded this from a balcony (5th floor) in the middle of a summer day (end of july), using a mid/side set (mkh30 + c480 b-uls/ck62-df omni) into sound devices mixpre3. Not any processing has been added, except a plain m/s to x/y stereo conversion and low-cut filter (30hz). This is a generally quiet atmo, sometimes light wind comes in, some seagulls and other birds are there at times, some construction work happens etc. The traffic noise is present, but in the distant way. Feel free to use it in any of your productions. Not for resale.

Urban ambience with local residents talking, some moderate, yet constant traffic, a plane at the end and featuring the sound of love. Includes people talking in the background, some distant cars, a church bell, one or two planes about to land, people opening and closing the back door. As special appearance, there is someone having a joyful time (or -less probable- screaming of pain repeatedly) throughout the whole lenght of the recording. 20 minutes field recording of eveningsounds in my backyard in belgium, springtime in 2021. At first a few chickens wander close to the microphone, your hear doves and a lot of blackbirds singing to each other. After a few minutes the chickens prepare for the night. At about 14:00 a goose flight is passing by, in the end you hear a distant plane passing and a train. Recording in stereo with a zoom h4n pro and windshield, mildly processed afterwards.

I strapped an h6 to the frame of a rickety fixed-gear bicycle with no shock absorbers on either wheel. I rode this around a shipping container yard near ahmedabad, on a gritty surface made up of interlocking concrete tiles. Close mic-ed.
