Recorded at night-time in french countryside with usi_pro, lower frequencies partially cleaned up to phase out distant highway.

There was an interesting ringing sound i couldn't pin down the location of which led me to make this recording. Ft. Frogs & insects, recorded with a tascam dr-05x.

This is a short clip of the big brood of cicadas in northern virginia on 5/27/2021.

The most recognizable sound of greek summer. A single cicada in its field.

This sound was recorded via the use of a behringer b2 microphone, fostex fr2 and a home made parabolic reflector made from a tv satellite dish. The source of the sound was between 100m-200m away from the microphone. This has been eq'ed with high-end shelving to reduce gain noise, low-end shelved up to 1khz (to reduce wind and background noise) and the overall gain has been increased.
