Here is a classic volleyball game being played indoors, sounds of the game, ball being hit, occasional cheering, feet on floor, people talking, this was recorded with a tascam dr-05 settings 48/16 file rendered out in exact same settings.

It sounds like someone just got kicked or punched. Or hit.

Recording of me punching paper taped to a cardboard box full of vhs tapes in plastic shells, using a tascam dr-05x. Silences between hits removed in audacity, used as sweetener for piñata impacts.

Accidentally dropped my glasses in the middle of recording. Tascam dr-05x placed above doorway in narrow hallway, gain set at 80, distance of impact from recorder is about 8 feet.

Pancakes being dropped onto a plate from around one meter distance, could be used as a punch sound.

Sample of a metallic percussion hit. The sound is quite dark and muffled. I call it underwater drum, because it sounds to me like it's underwater. This sample is tuned to a1 but there is a very dominant overtone at b1, which is the musical interval of a minor second. The source of the sample was the platter of a dismantled hard disk drive, hit with a wooden mallet. It was then pitched down a lot. The sample is almost raw, i just added some slight eq. The sample was intended to be used with a sampler, you may want to add some reverb for this and filter the previously mentioned overtone, when you use it in combination with other tuned instruments. Also, the pitch is probably not perfectly tuned. Microphone: akq perception 120post-processing: pitch manipulation & eq.

Recording of knocking on three kinds of glass for effect of tapping on window (recorded as foley for characters tapping on viewer's screen from the inside). First is damped thick glass, second is undamped thick glass, third is double-glazed window pane. Knocks separated to allow reverb and dynamics to damp down between them, background noise lightly cleaned.

This is a section of the pack with 50 bass drum varieties. Most of them are just minor changes and they resemble extremely "similar" sounds however they're based on different wave forms which are mixed together to form varieties. Other parameters were mashed, some may have distortions some may not. All the sounds you hear are synthesized. Generally these sounds are for dance music, some of them are well suited for more experimental music as well. But it should not be limited to just techno or trance. . . .

Sounds like a laser going off, then a big rumbling explosion. Created in adobe audition using the generate tones to create a saw wave sweeping from 22khz to 20 hz, then reverbed and eq'd.
