Analog recording on my sony handycam ccd tr716 hi8mm camcorder of a lullaby music box melody i wrote in fl studio. I played the music into the mic jack of the camcorder, recorded it, and played it back into the computer. Brand of tape is sony and it is hi8.

I was recording with audacity on my blue yeti whilst in my room. The mic was totally unbalanced on my bed and it eventually fell over but when i played it back it sounded like a nice whoosh or poof. Also if you put it in reverse it sounds like a giant wind flap like a bird or something.

This one is easy to do but hard to explain. . . In order to make this sound i pucker up my lips so that my upper teeth are against my lower lip. The i breath in softly which makes that cute noise (that's also why you hear breathing against the mic after. ) hope you all like ;).

Here is a clip i recorded using a canon gl1 and a audiotechnica shotgun mic(unsure of model number, a cheap one i'm sure). The clip contains thesound of me clinking a fork around inside of a bowl (sounds likesomeone eating) and pouring water into a glass as well as a bowl. Thegain might need to be increased as the audio is low.

The audience of about 750 was recorded inside the sanctuary of a large church following a christmas-themed concert in december 2018. Microphones included were two akg c 414 b-uls multi-pattern large diaphragm condenser mics placed far right and far left, one røde nt4 stereo condenser mic in the middle, and a sony pcm-d1 field recorder at the far back of the venue.

Recording of the tires of a flat bed trailer going over a gravel path. This was from a hayride where i was sitting in the back with a bunch of kids being pulled by the tractor. Recorder was just a couple of feet from the wheel so most of the kids noises and even the tractor engine get drowned out, but still somewhat audible in spots. There are two recordings, one taken from the side with the mic at the wheel and one with the mic under the trailer while recording. (this is the one with the recorder off to the side. ). The sound could also (maybe) be used to mimic a hailstorm. Recorded with a sony icd-px312.

This is from a recording session trying to create laser weapon sounds. I just used the same technique as ben burtt used in wall-e (with the slinky and the contact mic). This is unprocessed, no eqs, compression, reverb or anything was added. I used a long piece of curled up aluminum wire which i hung from a tall structure at my house and the main object i used to oscillate the wire was a drum stick. For the recording i used the blue icicle and recorded into reaper. The contact mic is my own creation from a diy i found online (roughly €5 to make). I hold a carbonated can to my microphone and open it in two motions, one to release the pressure, and the other to open the hole the rest of the way. This was a 12oz (355ml) standard soda can (specifically moxie) held in my hand a few inches from the mic, with some slight ambient humming removed in audacity afterward.
