Little recording i did a while back (probably april 2015) of our old cat. Probably he was begging for food, to go out or to be petted. Recorded using the soundcloud app on android. Cleaned up and transcoded with ocenaudio.

Qrm listened in am mode on 80 m band in my qth jn79ek. If i use cw mode listening and narrow filter, the qrm is mostly worse. Strength: peaks s9+40 db. Sometimes any traffic impossible. From -41st sec. Of record is possible to heard my tuning around frequency.

This is a recording of my dog leroy simulating begging as instigated by my wife. I used the tascam dr-07 mkii. There's plenty of editing that could be done with this so i loaded the entire rough draft. Hope you like it!.

I rapidly pressed the fast forward and reverse buttons on a little cassette recorder while it was playing an old radio show from the 90s. One of the first fx recordings i ever did. Recorded with a samson c03u microphone, no processing.

We wanted to add some tape delay to a piano track we were recording. This is an artifact that came from routing the third delay track back to the source track. Essentially, a quick two second feedback loop. Recorded with a peluso p12 and an akg 414.

I found a set of bells somewhere and decided to record myself ringing them. I do not remember the context or where the bells were found, but they were beautiful in a strange and magical way. Someone's phone starts ringing at the end which was hilarious.

Machine composed electronic music - or experimental generative atonal electronic music made with an analog modular synth. I give my synth the prerequisites to create music - and it does - endlessly. I record and pick out some created songs.

I did this by tuning my voice as low as i could get it and recording it. Then i slowed the voice down to 0. 400, instead of using the paulstretch. I, again, did this with audacity and used my laptop to record it. Pretty good, i think.

This sound field recording was made back in 2000 on a very late/early morning. I placed the sony microphone ontop of the car outside to record the crickets and cicadas. There were a lot of mosquitos out that hot night. One of them landed on the mic and actually bit the microphone. You have to listen close but the bug bites at about 14:28 and removes the mosquito blood sucker at about 34:28.
