Print in black ABS. I used neither built-in cooling nor support. I just added a quick shot of cool air from a portable fan when it was printing the overhanging tabs. Add a 3/8" screw (same size as ordinary electrical switch plate screws), glue on two small pads of 1/8" open-cell foam on the inside of the cover and you're good to go.
