Whatamidoing is an experiment i did where i tried to run a drum machine through a multiosc synth, switching presets on the synth to change the sound. While it offered me brief entertainment, there's not much i have done with these sounds. Perhaps they will serve you better than i.
Deep -sounding pad , with vibarionen, 120bpmi create it with the atmos-synth (magix musik maker 2016) + 2 effects (efx_phaser and vocoder)i have it , used in this songhttps://soundcloud. Com/talan-pl/creye-ycreycymon.
Edited a default preset in bk-synthlab's free "vs-1 oscilloscope" synth and hooked it up with a free midi sequencer vst (hyperion) and placed thrillseekervbl on the master. This was done using headphones back then so the sound may not be optimal on some playback devices.
I needed this synth part for this song i'm working on right now. . . So i decided to create one instead of getting one from here. Saw wave, with a gate, and a saw lfo low pass filter down, with full delay and slight reverb. Areppegiating on a c#6.
This sound is meant to be paired with thishttps://freesound. Org/people/gis_sweden/sounds/431375/this is an almost tonal machine composition recording. . . Annoying background sound. . . Check! i have selected my part. Made on analog modular synth.
Same patch as in electronic minute no 226 but on my real modular. I'm using a wave folder. Thats why i call this version additive. I'm adding timbre to a sinus wave. I will do an subtractive version next.
A few kicks and snares synthesized a long time ago on a novation xiosynth 25, could be useful for sound-design and sample layering, they have an analog drum machine feel to it.
A spooky synth drone for ambience. Long enough to be cut down to a desired length, but simple enough that you could probably find a good looping point if you need it longer.
Synth loop made in fl studio. You can use my sounds freely. It would be great if you credit me. Leave a comment and tell me for which project you used it. Daniel lucas, danlucaz. 2019.
Selected parts from a longer recording. This is a modular synth controlled by quantussy cells. They are one method for creating generative music. I call it machine composition.
I record my modular synth performing. I select parts - silence to silence - under 30 seconds. Machine composition - human selection. Warning this is very electronic. . . I'm patching up quantussy cells to make this. Much work for. . . What?.
Bringing in the noise. If this sound had a title or name it would be that. Bringing in the noise. The sound is made with an all analog modular synth. No fx at all. Not even a spring reverb. I just felt like doing something.
