A wooden violin thrown across a room hard several times. Used in episode 8 "decoherence" of the genius-podcast audio drama, to be the sound of someone pitching their violin across the room in frustration.
A slow stroll across 14th st, manhattan, nyc and the various street sounds including loud sirens that were encountered in this atmospheric recording. Also edited a little for loudness.
Strong winds blowing across the river dee estuary marshes. Recorded at little neston using an h4n and shotgun microphone in a rycote cyclone wind-shield. The cry of sea birds can be heard over the sound of the wind now and again.
Here is me running across the floor. It is quieter in the beginning of the "run pass" and gets louder then fades again to simulate distance. I did multiple passes so you will probably need to edit it based on what you want to do with it.
