It's completely handmade and consists of a bunch of analog circuitry that when powered creates strange oscillations in current. It's also built into a seseame street toy saxophone. A bubbling sound which makes an excellent loop for a background sound effect. Like a scientist's lab, or a wizard's cauldron bubbling away. I've also thought it would be a cool sort of futuristic bubble car kind of sound as well as it floats along. Anyway, use your imagination and apply it to whatever you want. I made the sound by flicking my lips with my finger, but it makes a great bubble sound.

This is static actually coming from my radio but its plugged into the same cord as my tv & they are very close together. So it's actually interference. Also the proximity of my phone gives more sound (ringy static). That really awesome modulating sound is the moment between clicking the on button & the picture coming on the screen. 2nd try was better after i adjusted the tuner a bit.

I recorded this sound with my nokia lumia 900 cellphone inside a boeing 737. The airplane landed, the pilot is saying good-bye through the loudspeakers. You can also hear the engines of the plane and people unlocking their seatbelts. Additionally, there's a crying baby on the background. The plane landed on schiphol airport.

Recorded this on an afternoon in the fall of 2014 at a buddhist monastery in a small coastal town outside bangkok, derived from video taken by a samsung galaxy s3. At prayer time, the monks assemble and one monk leads with a microphone.
