I made this using my alto recorder. It is quite long but can easily be shortened. I just realized that i forgot to take the breath sound out at the end!! sorry! i will do better next time. I made this using an alto recorder and then adding reverb to it. I have made it longer or shorter by just adding or taking away pieces in the middle. It was made to convey a sense of foreboding. I hope you like it. I am grateful for all the sounds i have found and used in freesound - feels good to finally be able to give back and contribute!.

A sort of renaissancey version of the first two lines of ding dong merrily on high, composed on cubase with samples from the edirol orchestral plug in (a bit of harp, french horn, alto flute and violin with kettle drum and sleigh bell percussion). This was for the intro to a radio sketch but hopefully could be useful for other theme setting. Sorry in advance for not doing the whole song.

Here, the opening chorus is in 12/8 time, which is almost always associated with a peaceful, pastoral mood. En la plaza de armas de cerro de pasco se repartieron copias de los dibujos a los habitantes de la ciudad y se registró en audio y fotografía las reacciones los pobladores al ver la percepción que se tiene en la capital del perú sobre cerro de pasco, una de las ciudades más altas del mundo, ciudad minera con el tajo abierto más grande del mundo y que posee los índices más altos de contaminación ambiental en el perú.
